If you read my rant on Cebu Pacific a few days ago, you might want to read my most recent retort to a first time commenter who felt I was being unfair to the airline… my retort is nearly as long as the original post itself. Some folks just don’t get it and that’s okay… the world would be too boring if everyone saw issues from the same viewpoint… but weak logic is almost worse than having no logic at all, in my opinion. By the way, my last six flights that were not on Cebu Pacific were all on time.

You are right, he must have just blundered into that post and hastily skimmed and so did not understand well what you originally posted. He does not sound as one who benefits from a good education either and will certainly not take advantage of what enlightenment you are offering him now.
I really believe that if you don’t tell people what’s wrong with them, there’s the likelihood that no one else will — and things will never improve.

i was thinking of writing a way belated reaction to your earlier cebu pacific post just last night, and i come to work today to find this! kasi ba naman lahat ng kamag-anak ko na nag-cebu pacific this month, delayed lahat! di lang 30- or 45-minute delays–those who took separate 3.30 flights left at 5 pm and 530 pm. hassle na nga na kailangan nasa airport ka at least two hours before the flight (my mother was at the airport around 1.30 yesterday) tapos you end up twiddling your thumbs for another couple of hours pala. anong akala nila, just because they offer “cheap” tickets e pwede sila maging arbitrary with other people’s time?
Raymund is illogical, and Johnny can’t string a sentence together. They’re the reason our service companies aren’t improving and we have situations like CP/delays/high blood pressure!
Fishpans! Fishpans! Bring out the fishpans! For boring commenters … bring out the yemas! (joke joke)
Cebu pacific have got the worst telephone service & custer services in their Ortigas office that I have ever come across, you are told that they are open until 18.00 hrs, when you get there at 16.05 hrs you are refused admittance, because there office is jammed pack full of customers & they’re closing at 16.00 hrs for renovations, the customers don’t matter.
Their phone servive is a joke, all you get is hold on all our staff are busy, GET MORE STAFF
