Marketman is utterly CRAZED at the moment. A proverbial whirling dervish. In Cebu for the next few hours trying to make sure the Zubuchon crew is girded for the order books that are bursting at the seams. We have stopped taking orders for Manila for December 24th, so if you are thinking of a lechon for the 31st, please place your orders VERY SOON. Meanwhile, will head back to Manila later today and if we manage to make it in time, will be showing a local television crew this year’s MM & Family gingerbread house… It’s the project I have been working on, and the thing that needed those odd materials in this popular post. If the photo shoot goes as planned and they don’t edit it out of the program, all of you who are interested can see the annual gingerbread creation on Saturday evening Manila time. It’s small but incredibly labor intensive… Will post more details soon. We decided to let it be part of a widely viewed local program so that more folks can enjoy it… More information soon. :)

sister, hahaha. I just grabbed a tablecloth from the kitchen made from some of the polyester fabric found in one of mom’s bodegas many years ago… I think it was curtain or upholstery material! :)
