Sometimes, the leftovers trump the main meal… :) Thin slices of cold rare roast beef on a couple of slices of substantial bread, drizzled with warmed leftover gravy or jus and sprinkled with maldon sea salt and some freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoyed in front of the television, feet up on the couch. Balance plate and utensils carefully. Quick, easy and delicious.

This is too much! Who wouldn’t want to watch anything on tv with this moist, delicious looking roast beef. I would have polished it off before the first commercial is over.

Have the same dilemma with the Noche Buena Yorkshire pudding. What to do with the leftovers… eat it in front of the computer, of course! =P
perfectly cooked!!
remove the fatty portion please? ^_^
Yummy looking leftover roast there. I’d toss the bread, have a double helping of meat with maybe a square or two of butter. Yum!
ALWAYS HUNGRY AFTER BEING WITH YOUR SITE!
Not beef…but we had roast pork last Christmas. I used Giada de Laurenti’s simple roast pork recipe. Easy and yummy!
