You have to visit this site to listen to the 10 reasons you should donate some money for relief efforts in the Philippines AND win a chance to spend an afternoon with the Downton Abbey cast in London. OMG, I can’t decide whether I want the t-shirt of the Abbey with a Philippine flag flying over it for 10 entries or $70 (PHP3,000) donation, or just get a single $10 ticket and daydream that I might win the prize… The $25,000 for Mrs. Patmore to come cook in our house is a little over the top, but the $500 to get a personalized video of her screaming at me as though I were a bungling Daisy is an amusing, albeit pricey choice. The only hitch right now is I CANNOT tell if the raffle is ONLY open to American residents or not. I can’t find the product page that specifies if it is U.S. only or any global address… Until I find that, I can’t enter. Unless I have my Sisters in the U.S. join and hope they will take me as their companion if they win… I would happily buy my own ticket to New York if they won. Visit OMAZE here, to buy a chance to win the experience, the deadline is 20 February 2014. Now if only hundreds of thousands of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans based in the U.S. donated to this cause, maybe an actual Pinoy would end up on the set with the cast of Downton Abbey. :)

Wow! Good job for the Downton Abbey people :) So generous of them.
The fine print on the omaze page states that anyone can join provided that he is no longer a minor and does not reside in Spain, Sweden, Malaysia, or in a country included in the US list of embargoed countries. :D I guess that means you can join? :)
pixienixie, I think the rules vary by experience, and I can’t find the specific reference for country of origin for this experience…
Yes, my bad. :D Was excited, but then I looked at the others.. Some explicitly stated that the experience is open to international residents, but with this one, the details are a bit vague. Sorry about that. :)
Each experience has it’s own “fine print” and this one refers to Downton Abbey. It couldn’t be any clearer. You can join.
Your post was timely. Marissa and her friends have set up an ongoing program where they each give up some small “luxury” and donate the savings to a worthwhile cause once a week. They have a blog that follows what they do each time and she gave a relief donation via Downton today: https://twocentproject.tumblr.com/
From the bottom of the Omaze page:
Who’s Eligible: This contest is open internationally to persons who have reached the age of majority in their countries of residence. Void in Sweden, Malaysia, Spain and countries on the United States list of embargoed countries. Employees, Officers, and Directors of Omaze and the Prize Benefactor (as defined in these Promotion Rules), and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible to enter.

The details at the bottom of the page are specific to that experience.
If you click on another experience, it will show a different set of details at the bottom of the page.
Mart, cool, will have to send in a donation soon… Thanks for that.
This is so cool! I am a fan of the show and its super kilig to see them want to help out our country!! :)
You vs. Mrs. Patmore? A very entertaining match that would be indeed! Let us know when you win! ;)
How wonderful of the DA cast! Kudos to them! I was just majorly turned off by the know-it-all snarking in the comments though. Most of them just ranted about their dislike of DA, Sherlock, the DA cast, etc. instead of focusing on the fact that this was an effort to raise funds … *grumbles about self-absorbed nitwits who do nothing but waste time on the internet*
I’d sign up for a staring contest with Thomas. Or maybe BB can resurrect Walter White and I can cook with him.
